Teen Gothic

Hey everyone! I need your advise:

In october i orderet some shirts from gothicat as a christmas present for my girlfriend. Up to this day i haven't received anything. Looks like the swiss post "lost" it. I contacted the shop several times with no result, they don't answer anymore. So, the money is gone and the products as well. It is what it is. Is there any reliable alternative to gothicat.net or does anyone make bootlegs like that?
