Songs that romanticise death, suicide and especially suicide pact between lovers
Lately I been kinda obsessed listening to Voodoo Church especially the songs Lullaby Curses and Brand New Death. And I find the whole idea of suicide pact between lovers incredibly romantic. Yeah I know it sounds crazy but in a way I think there is nothing more beautiful than dying together with someone you love.
Anyways other than the 2 previously mentioned songs from Voodoo Church as well as Witching Hour- Together We Die and Bauhaus- Passion Of Lovers are there any other songs that explore this specific theme.

Is Suicide a proto-goth band?
I'm sure there is a lot of overlap with fans. And while they called themselves a punk band they were somewhat outcasts of the punk scene outside of newyork. Thoughts on if they are proto-goth or not?
