New to Goth, recommendations?

Hey, I've been into Jazz, Rock and Metal for kind of a while now, including Gothic Metal, which has recently gotten me intrigued to check out the Gothic side of Rock as well. If its any help, those are all the bands and artists I am currently into; with my favourite album by each, so what bands would you recommend to begin with? I already like The Sisters of Mercy. I wondered as if there was any Prog Goth bands or Symphonic Goth Rock bands/female fronted for recommendations as well? Also note King Crimson's "Larks in Tomgues Aspics" is meant to be on that list too.

Some short lived Death Rock Bands

Hello,

Just wanted to share some short lived Death Rock/Dark Punk bands I used to play in. Neither of these bands are active anymore.

https://loverstouching.bandcamp.com/

Lover's Touch was active from summer of 2015 to the winter of 2018. Did a couple tours along the East Coast USA. Influences were Modern Eon, Amebix, Christian Death, The Cure.

Ten Million Spiders was active from summer of 2018 to fall of 2019. Did one tour around the deep south and south east. Influences were Christian Death, 45 Grave, Kitchen & The Plastic Spoons, Ink & Dagger.

Unofficial Seething Sunday

So… how about that coronation? I haven't watched it and mostly avoided the memes by simply being busy IRL but it was a thing. We could argue about the waste of money of it all or whether the royals are good or not. But there is nothing goth related in that.

Anyway… if you feel the need to express your feelings about it you can do that here. Or about anything else – goth related or not. For the people new to Unofficial Seething Sunday this weekly thread is like a release valve to blow off some steam.

(For the record I am not a fan of the royal family and believe Australia should break away from the Commonwealth and become a republic. But that won't happen as we enjoy kicking everyone's butts at the Commonwealth Games too much and we have too many old money British royalist politicians)

Any suggestions for experimental borderline psychedelic steampunkish work like this ? Or am I in the wrong place ?
