Teen Gothic

I'm trying to track down a album title I used to own. I can't remember the band name or any song title.
All I have to go on is that it was a couple a man and a woman. On the album cover he was in all black and she was in a Victorian style red dress. I believe it was a foreign album as it was not in English.
The best way I can describe the music style is romantic goth.
