Best and Worst Goth Documentaries
What is your top list:
These are good, I think are some snippets on Youtube from these, but the ones below that you can order are the real deal:
Others:
THE HEIGHT OF GOTH: 1984: A Night at the Xclusiv Nightclub: Batley, West Yorkshire UK – YouTube
South of Watford – Positive Punk Documentary 1983 – YouTube
1987 – London Plus – The Gothic Subculture – YouTube
In-between decent and a bit off:
American goth (2005) You have to torrent it or get the DVD
Goth Vampire Nation (FULL MOVIE) – YouTube (2010)
Awful:
I remember some on the MTV and VH1 in late 90s and early 2000s that were cringe or pure/mostly misinformation but I can't remember the names.

How do you get into Goth?
What exactly inspired you to start listing to Goth music? Was it gradual? Was new wave, dark wave or post-punk gateway genres for you, or did you just start listening to Goth right off the bat?
I'm interested in knowing what about Goth specifically is interesting to you. Is it the melancholy lyrics and vocals, the haunting effects, the driving bass lines, or is there just an indefinable quality to Goth music that encapsulated you?
I eagerly await your answers.
