Teen Gothic

I recently started to listen to gothic rock and darkwave stuff, and I randomly stumbled onto this German band Wisborg and they really scratch that goth rock itch for me.

Lwk I’ve been listening to their album from the cradle to the coffin nonstop for a few days, the song blood is life is just stuck in my head. I’d recommend checking it out, for me it’s a masterpiece, idk why I’m so obsessed with it but its really good and generally their albums are very epic.

And I feel like I listened to most of the songs from them and I wanna explore gothic rock more and does anybody have any ideas for bands to check out similar to Wisborg?

Been getting into them lately. Reminds a lot of some Sisters of Mercy stuff. New to most of this so those are the only real baselines I have to go off of. But I really like the drums and the synths and the vocals, and I just found out they're pretty recent which I'm a fan of (i'd like to get into more music I could see live while I'm alive :p). Anything else I should know abt?

have been into industrial for a while and dabbled in some goth, but im wanting to delve more into goth a bit. im not sure if they're considered "goth" goth, but i've been really into cocteau twins and concrete blonde recently. really like more synth-y, eerie, 80s music if that helps lol

I love goth music but I feel like so much of it is male and was wondering if there were any good female lead bands out there! I know about siouxsie and the banshees and diva destruction but that's about all

Hey all! I’ve been feeling a bit stagnant when it comes to finding/listening to new (to me) artists, so I was hoping for some recommendations. Hi! I appreciate the comments from my last post on what songs I should add. I added some songs from there. This time, I am hopefully looking for more inputs on who/what to add. I still have a lot more exploring to do!!
