Teen Gothic

I got into them like 2-2.5 years ago and I think they're pretty cool. Trying to see if there are anymore fans of their music aside from me on here.

I recently started to listen to gothic rock and darkwave stuff, and I randomly stumbled onto this German band Wisborg and they really scratch that goth rock itch for me.

Lwk I’ve been listening to their album from the cradle to the coffin nonstop for a few days, the song blood is life is just stuck in my head. I’d recommend checking it out, for me it’s a masterpiece, idk why I’m so obsessed with it but its really good and generally their albums are very epic.

And I feel like I listened to most of the songs from them and I wanna explore gothic rock more and does anybody have any ideas for bands to check out similar to Wisborg?

I love this band so much. I still haven’t heard anything like them yet. Sadly the most I could find outside of this album was a tribute song to Karen Black.

I still hope there’s another song hidden away somewhere I haven’t heard. If you know anything lmk.

Any Goth from Romania and, especially, Bucharest, on this subreddit? Perhaps, if you here, you could tell us about an event happening that I do not know about. The last one in Bucharest I could not attend was back in January, as far as I remember.

Also, if there are some elder Goths from Romania in here, I would be really interested to know if there was any kind of Goth scene in Romania during the 1980ies, before the 1989 anti-communist revolution. I know there was a clear Punk scene in Bucharest, but little to no information regarding Goth. If there was something, anything at all, I would be really grateful to know how it was with as much details as possible
