Teen Gothic

I saw that on top of this subreddit there was a part dedicated to goth worldwide, but there was nothing for Italy, so I would like to suggest some bands to add there (mods could look at those bands and then decide if they should be added). I'm compiling a cold wave playlist on Spotify. My problem with the ones I usually find is they seem to be entire albums (sometimes entire discographies) thrown together seemingly without any criterion other than make the playlist huge, and using basically the same dozen artists Spotify already suggests when you create a cold wave playlist.

So I decided to ask for help in my research: I already started it with almost two hours of some of the classics of the genre, but there's a lot of room for expansion. This time I'm looking for artists of 1990s, for now I won't add revival/contemporary stuff (though I will definitely add it in the future). I think synthesizer based Dark wave/goth (which used to be called synthwave before the term was hijacked by edm heads) would also fit, so suggestions are appreciated.

This has been one of my favorite albums since its release to just chill to at home or while gaming.

I've recently started looking for more music in this vein (I recall there being a ton back in the 90s) but I cannot for the life of my find anything now that sounds like this album, so here I am, consulting the spiders of the interwebs.
