Looking For Chill Goth Music to listen to when Anxiety is Building.

Guys, know any good Goth bands to listen to that's soothing for the soul when anxiety starts to build up. Life is stressing me out and I need to listen to some shit with a melodic feel. Something soft and not to rough. And has beats, I'm not too into vocals, y'know what I mean. Not sure if I'm looking for any Darkwave or Ethereal, I don't stumble onto those too often, as I'm still building my Library.

Give me some good band suggestions peeps. So I don't feel like sighing my soul out of my body.

Darkwave Vs Coldwave ?

From what I've read, the main difference between the 2 genres is that darkwave is slow and coldwave is fast but I was wondering if their are any other key differences? I've started creating playlists for different genres and I'm trying to sort Molchat Doma into them but I'm not sure where they belong. Does it matter if I'm specific or should I just combine darkwave and coldwave into 1 playlist?

What’s the name for super synth heavy goth music?

I’m trying to find more goth music that’s like this really synth heavy stuff… I think it’s called “ethereal wave” but I’m really not sure. I stumbled upon dark wave researching gothic metal and more industrial music. This synth goth stuff is cool but when I look up “dark wave” it’s like anything that’s gothic or dark post-punk in general. Is ethereal wave correct for the more atmospheric synth stuff? Sometimes that gets tagged on shoegaze/dream pop stuff so I’m not sure if that’s right either. Also if it helps I’m looking for mostly electronic artists, not a goth rock band that uses some synthesizers, if there’s much of that. Or any playlists on Spotify/apple
