Been refusing to call myself a goth even tho I've been dressing in the style for over a year but I've finally accepted the label now I'm into the music, hope yall like my style 🙂 any band recommendations are greatly appreciated I love listening to new music

Do you know representatives of the goth rock scene (of any country) who created their own bands and achieved success not in their youth (20-30) but after 30.

Hi, I'm hoping some of you might be interested in checking out this new sub. I've met too many people from underground/alt countercultures in sobriety spaces that didn't have a place to express their cultural identity really openly. I wanted to try and create that space here on reddit. We don't follow any particular philosophy of sobriety, and put harm reduction above binary, black and white approaches. I was browsing new bands to listen to I really like there music. I’ve watched a few of there live shows. There really good, if you haven’t listens to them, I highly recommend them.

Been going down a pipeline for this year pretty much. Started with doom metal and slowly I have been going more for that gothic vibe slowly but surely. Been listening to blauhaus and siouxie and the banshees and some cold wave as well. Keep going down further and further down the rabbit hole because of how much I love a band from the 90s that has a gothic sound to them. Which has led me into some gothic rock and cold wave wildly enough. Any any other bands and artists that you recommend that in that same vein and vibe of music. I do like some experimental stuff as well so hit me up with some obscure music as well. .

I wouldn’t say I new, but I still learning about it, and I’m looking to expand my interest in goth bands. I listen to a lot of The Cure, Siouxsie And The Banshees, Vision Video, Horror Vacui, and Rosegarden Funeral Party to name a few.
