I don’t know anyone else into this stuff aside from myself that does well in clubs, and I’m worried I won’t be able to make friends over the music. Does anyone have any advice?

Feel free to discuss music, fashion, events, DIY projects, etc. and anything relating to goth as long as it's in line with the subreddit rules.

Like I can barely process a lot of song lyrics, and it takes a lot of time for me to even understand the song, so I usually listen to one song from a bunch of artists (personal favorite rn Beyond The Grave by Detoxi). My only issue is that it kinda makes me feel like a fraud, even though I listen to a variety of Goth bands, I can't say I have a favorite and I can't pull up someones whole music career.

Idk I guess I just have imposter syndrome, plus it's hard to speak to others about goth music when most people don't do this.

Edit: Probably should've made my title liking one specific song from multiple bands but, y'know, shit happens.

That's right everyone, it is that time of the week again. It is like we are in some infinite loop of loathing and complaint departments decked out with gargoyles and carvings of spiders, snakes and bats with Andrew Eldritch sitting on a 50 foot high throne made of the blackened bones of poseurs overseeing it all. Glorious!
