Frank The Baptist at Logo Hamburg
Frank also played as "Telegram Frank" (his amazing Solo-Project)! It was an awesome show! I love his music! He's my number one musician since years 🤫
If you don't know them: Listen in! If you like them – buy their albums! They're working on a new album and need some support! 🙃

Goth magazines worth subscribing to?
I'm looking for goth magazine recommendations. What's worthwhile? Lately there's a lot of hype surrounding the first release of Undead Magazine, largely because of Monica Richards—who I adore, just for the record—but it's not to my taste. I'm not particularly interested in magazines that focus primarily on fashion, even if there's a smattering of music articles. I'm looking for relevance, originality, and/or depth. Quality. Goth music and the goth subculture. Creative submissions. Useful information. Anything in that vein.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

i don’t understand the argument that “goth music is just what goths enjoy” as a counter for saying goth is a music based subculture
like… no? gothic rock has existed a long time, and is pretty clearly definied with a relatively destinct sound. i could see some arguments being made for lumping in some adjacent genres, but saying any music goths like is goth music is a dumb argument since not only, like i said, does goth have a pretty clear musical definition, but also goths can like non goth music. i like hyperpop, that doesn't suddenly make 100 gecs a goth band.
plus, if you get rid of a definition for what goth music is other than stuff that goths like, then you also end up getting rid of a definition for goth
sorry for posting a lot of discussion posts, i'm a bit high and by extension wired/chatty lol. i didn't see anything in rules about repeat posts other than posting music, but i can take down some discussion posts if need be

First Goth show on Halloween
I'm going to my first Goth show on Halloween, I REALLY want to go dressed up as a hotdog. What's the likely hood of me getting kicked out?
