Comprehensive Playlists Part III: Every Deathrock Release (albums, EPs, Demos, Vinyls, Cassettes, etc.) from 2000-2009!

The method of making these playlists has been stated in the first post. The same issues apply:
some albums were only available as combined into a single video; the distinction between genres gets harder to gage the more obscure the artist/EP, therefore there might be some releases erroneously added.
This shall be stated with every post: I wish to hear your feedback! Any songs/artists I must remove/add?

Fusions between true goth music (not just deathrock, but that is certainly welcome) and hardcore punk?

I'm looking for something that truly has a goth atmosphere, but with mosh riffs.

Right now the only things I can think of are Eyes of Fear and Portrayal of Guilt.

I've also heard a bit of deathrock/chain punk/black metal crossover, but honestly that sort of thing isn't my thing. I'm looking for cold post punk influenced atmospheric melancholy, combined with heavy mosh riffs.

Looking for bands or singers that are mainly female and either deathrock, darkwave, or Coldwater or post punk

Some notable ones i already have are lesbian bed death, siouxsie and the banshees, Cocteau twins, mystic priestess, molchat doma, cemetery sex and scary bitches. It's also a plus if the group happens to be female led or lesbian.

Deathrock Frontwoman

Hello! My name is Anastasia, and I’m the lead singer of a new Deathrock band called Cemetery Sex! These are some photos taken by my good friend, Jamaal (@artist_mdc on instagram). I wore this recently to a POC alternative band festival hosted by Punk Black.

Why does no one know what deathrock is?

I get that we’re all sick of the «tik tok goth» posts, and this might be a bit related so sorry bout that. But what’s the deal with newer goths not knowing what deathrock is? Many of them at least know the basics of goth music, like sisters of mercy and the cure, but in most cases where I discuss music with babybats, very few even know the term deathrock. Is the genre outdated or (un)dead? There’s many goths in my city but the only deathrock band is the one I joined last year and none of the babybats in the scene know of that band either

Woman-Fronted Gothic Rock (NOT Darkwave or Deathrock?)

The nicher, the better!! Don't get me wrong, I adore darkwave, etherealwave and deathrock, but it seems that's all I can find when it comes to female vocalists.

Here are some bands/artists I love. Some might accidentally be darkwave because I'm a babybat. Ones in bold I especially like:

Die Laughing, Skeletal Family, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Autumn, Inkubus Sukkubus, Mephisto Walz, Faith and the Muse, Solemn Novena, Mors Syphilitica, Cemetary Siren, Xmal Deutschland, The Shroud, The Eden House, Switchblade Symphony

Male-fronted bands I especially like that I hope to find a female ver of are: London After Midnight, Praise Of Folly, The Cure, Rosetta Stone, Sanguis et Cinis, Fear Cult, Joy Division, Draconian Incubus, Nyx Divison & Bella Morte <33

Thanks to anyone who recommends me my new favourite band or artist in advance!!

I did a deathrock album based on my mental instability

I moved alone from Argentina to Italy when I was 18, got dropped by my girlfriend, started hating my job, being careless about everything and enjoying being alone for weeks. Since I was 14 (now I’m 22) I write my own songs and record them on the computer. I’ve learned a few tricks along the way, and this is my final product.

Luckily after a while, my best friend decided to join my project on the bass and we found a local drummer to complete the band we named “Eucaristia”. This project is finally making me see a light at the end of the tunnel. For me it would mean a lot if you give it a listen and let me know what you think.
