Hi! I've just joined the alt-goth community and trying to learn more about it each day, I know there are terms that use to call each other. I heard that 'baby bat' is used for newcomers to the community. I don't know if that just for teens early 20s. I'm 28 so it matter on age to use that term or is there another one.

If you search "day list" it creates a Playlist based on what you typically listen to that day. My Wednesday was "80s Synth Wednesday" and today is "Cold Minimal Wave Thursday". I'd love to hear some of yours 🖤

This club night gets a chapter written about it in Cathi Unsworth’s recent goth book. It seems kind of important as far as London nightclubs go for goth evolving into the mid 80s goth rock style scene which took in more pre punk sixties and 70s influences compared to the earlier post-punk batcave period. Groups like the damned, cult, mission, sisterhood, dr and the medics. Anyone here ever go or know anybody who went?
