Flood II is absolutely the perfect SoM song for me, just beautiful. I love the bigger, more bombastic ones like Temple of Love and This Corrosion as well, but Flood II just has that perfect balance and a lower-key, mysterious vibe. Anyone else in on this?

I’m still very new to the very idea of Goth but I’ve loved the music for a long time. How can I find hang out spots nearby? I look up goth clubs but they’re always on the other side of the state or country I’m in (I travel a lot for my career path – live in Boston currently in Naples, Italy). Any tips?

Listening to the new Deceits album (which is really good, btw) as I'm pulling into the cemetery in which Anne Rice is buried and the chorus of the song playing is "Just bury, just bury me". I think life is having a giggle at my situation.
